Help Desk Support Technician

and computer repair customers, Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, the job of our technicians
is to be able to efficiently and effectively help and support the community. We strive for
the best customer care in town when helping with network support, on and off site,
computer repair in the office and setup and maintenance over remote support. Our
Support Tech is responsible for performing technical support duties on the computer
networked equipment including desktop computer, printers, laptops, mobile devices,
and troubleshooting computer functional and operation problems for all users through
the community.


● High School Diploma or Equivalent
● Valid Washington State Drivers License


● Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software Installation
● Knowledge of Computer Networking and Connectivity
● One or more years of experience in:
○ Customer Service
○ Networking
○ Sales


Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experience Required:

● Excellent working knowledge of computer maintenance, software support,
ethernet cabling, mobile devices, printers and computer hardware installation
● Excellent in Networking LAN/WIFI
● Experience and Understanding in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
● Excellent in listening and communication skills
● Experience with Email client and software tools
● Excellent troubleshooting skills
● Experience in IT related projects
● Responsible for Documenting All Hardware, Procedures and Customer Data


● Greeting All Customers in a Courteous, Respectful and Professional Manner
● Technical Support with Customers in Store and Via Phone
● Repairing Computers and Ensuring Servers are Functioning Properly
● Addressing and Effectively Assisting Within Customer Needs
● Ability to Follow Verbal and Written Instructions
● Evaluation of Network Requirements
● System Administration
● Removing Viruses or Spyware
● Ability To Replace Hardware & Install Clean Operating System
● Telecommunications & Network Setup and Repair
● Ability to Handle Frequent Interruptions and Distractions
● Maintain and Manage Appropriate Hardware Inventory
